About the service

Raval West LLC, doing business as Raval West, uses Microsoft Teams SMS for one-to-one text conversations.

Messages may include recruiting conversations with candidates and consulting or staffing conversations with clients and implementation partners, such as discussions of job opportunities, interviews, project requirements, and staffing needs.

SMS consent

Before sending text messages, a Raval West representative asks for your verbal permission during a phone call. We explain the types of messages, frequency, possible carrier charges, and how to stop messages or get help, and provide access to these SMS terms and privacy notice.

After you give verbal permission, we send a text confirming your consent and ask you to reply START as an additional written confirmation. We retain your consent record and any confirmation reply to support your messaging preferences.

SMS consent is optional. Applying for a job, providing a phone number, or working with Raval West does not by itself enroll you in SMS messaging. You may decline SMS and continue communicating by phone or email.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier's plan.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to stop receiving messages from the Raval West number in that conversation. Teams also recognizes QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, and UNSUBSCRIBE. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out.

Reply HELP for support information, or contact Raval West directly. To resume an opted-out conversation, reply START to the same number.

Raval West LLC does not sell SMS-related information or share it with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes, including mobile numbers and SMS consent information.

Use of SMS information

Your mobile number and the information you provide in text messages are used to deliver messages and respond to your conversation. Records of your SMS permission are used to document your consent and support your messaging preferences.

Processing for message delivery

Microsoft and mobile carriers process the information needed to deliver and support SMS messaging. This processing is limited to delivering and supporting the service; it does not permit third-party marketing use.
